Premium+ is currently available to all customers residing in Canada, with the exception of residents of Quebec. WebScanner Limited and Cybertrends Canada Limited are not licensed insurance producers. Benefits under the Master Policy are issued and covered by HSB Specialty Insurance Company brokered by Marsh Canada.
